Sessions with me are frank and intensely positive with an eye toward keeping you energized about your inherent potential. I'm not welded to a single theory, instead 20+ years worth of exploration has allowed me a rich and expansive "tool kit." 

While I've worked in hospital, nursing home, and crisis outreach settings, my greatest clinical passions are in couples work, trauma / PTSD, spiritual / creative issues, and people stuck in life transitions common to anyone feeling out of place in their life.
