Join this counseling group to talk about how to navigate family, partnerships and work relationship challenges, or even dating and meeting new people. The group will also provide members with a valuable opportunity to deepen your level of self-awareness through learning skills that can enhance your communication style, so you can express yourself to others and connect more deeply.
